Did you buy a subscription through Shopify and you don't see it on your account? Probably because you used another address or email during checkout on the website and when setting up an account on Pocket. Contact us at accounts@heypocket.com to help you solve this problem.
How to Cancel Your Pocket Subscription?
This guide applies to subscriptions purchased through the Pocket mobile app.
Your subscription is managed through the App Store or Google Play Store. Follow the steps for your device:
iPhone (iOS)
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Find and tap Pocket
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm
Android
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find Pocket
- Select Cancel subscription and confirm
Note: You'll keep premium access until your current billing period ends.
